Mendip District Council don’t seem to like the new colour scheme of Fairyland Aromatics at 48A High St.
The shop owners say:
“We are applying for retrospective planning permission to keep our colours but Mendip Council Planning want us to change them for a subdued colour scheme. In doing so they would set a precedent that would enable future requests for colourful buildings to be denied.”
If you are a resident or a visitor, and you’d like to keep Glastonbury colourful, please let them know by registering your comments with the Council.
