The Main Hall is the largest room at Glastonbury Town Hall and the town's grandest setting for a wedding. Built in 1930 as a cinema, it keeps its high ceilings, grand chandeliers, stage and sprung floor, all beneath a striking mural rich in Glastonbury's own iconography.
Licensed for civil ceremonies, it seats up to 200 for the ceremony and 120 for a wedding breakfast, with room for 300 standing at an evening reception. Catering facilities and a bar are on hand, so the ceremony, wedding breakfast and party can all be held under one roof, right in the heart of town.
